I believe that every child: I believe that my tasks as a teacher
is to facilitate the development of
 has the capacity to learn equally
 doesn’t have the same essential
nature with others therefore they
own their ideas
 can choose what he wants to be in
the future so everyone is unique
 is a product of his own self, they
doesn’t rely on their environment
totally and adopt it
 differs in every way especially on
formulating ideas in order for them
to understand
I believe that change is the only thing
that does not change therefore teaching
them past experiences, by giving mock-
ups and using great books will help them
broader their imagination and ideas. With
that, I will teach them to have their moral
and values developed, integrate it.
being every child to the optimum and
to the maximum by:
 treating them fairly
 providing my classroom as their
comfort zone
 giving them time to explore
 letting their thoughts and ideas be
expressed in the class confidently
 using the “hands-on-minds-on-
hearths-on”, help them
experience things not just inside
the classroom but also with nature
and society
 having a mastery on the subject
matter being taught since we are
supposedly to be intellectual and
a moral model to our students
 teaching good moral character.
Respect must also be observed,
since a room doesn’t have only
one chair but instead a lot of
chairs to welcome everybody they
may differ from where they came
and their life status because
discrimination must be avoided
inside the learning environment
