I.

Introduction
Courthouse/room is a place where different legal actions were held, where legal actions are
discussed and dismissed by the law.
In the Philippines, courthouses are usually called Justice Hall. Here in Olongapo City there is a
justice hall that covers district one to three of Zambales. It usually consists of different legal actions
such as general trials, court hearings and even marriage.

II. Problem Statement


The site is near the national road and near the residential area it became the strength of the site to be
accessible but it is also the main reason for the sound to penetrate on the site. Secondly,during rainy
season the common problem in barretto was the flood due to heavy rains.
We came up with a solution that can help to lessen the inconvenience of the natural/manmade disturbance
to the building also,The courthouse should accommodate the needs of its users from the demands and
needs of its clients from the district one up to district 3.

The site is resides in Bario Barretto, Olongapo City, Philippines which is located on a
tropical country. Tropical climate usually consists of two seasons, a wet and dry season.
Characterized by high temperature during may and plenty of rainfall during august.
e.)Sounds, Smell and general site atmosphere
The site is located near the road, its facing through the national road and has a minor road on
its east side that receives light to heavy muffle of sounds. It is also near the residential area and
public market and also near the BJMP. The site also receives a cool breeze due to its near access
to the beach and it also has many trees that reside on the site.

 It can be accessed on the minor road and national road.
