1. What is YHC-V3
 YHC-V3 is another VC we will use in the near future which is compatible with Windows, Mac,
iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.

 Key features of YHC-V3 are:
 1vN small group lessons (meaning 1 Teacher and N, up to 6 Students)
 multimedia compatible, e.g. html5 based presentations, MP4/MP3 files; as well as animation
and screen sharing
 supported browser: Chrome ONLY

 Similar to the current VCs, YHC-V3 is only more user friendly and powerful. This user guide
focues on two main feature: 1vN small group lessons and html5 based presentations. Unlike the
traditional/existing class matieral we are using, html5 based presetations support animations,
making classes more fun and interactive.
2. Hardware and Software Requirements
o Browser: Google Chrome
o 2G RAM or higher
o Operation systems: Windows 7 or higher; MacOS 10.0 or higher

and click the first box
 Step G: Click "End of Class " to end the class.

4. Conducting a 1vN group class

 As mentioned above, 1vN is one of the key features of YHC-V3. So it's important for you to be
very familiar with it.
 The following image is what the 1v3 looks like: three different students in one VC using three
devices.

 View the three demo classes below to see how a group lesson is conducted :
 1v3 & H5 Demo 01.mp4
 1v3 & H5 Demo 02.mp4
 1v3 & H5 Demo 03.mp4

1. Control a student's access to audio, video and drawing pen

 To do this, put the mouse cursor on the student, and select an option.

2. Invite a student to speak, drag him/her onto the whiteboard

 This is a good way to put a student at the center of attention.
 When the student finishes speaking, move the cursor onto him/her, and then click and
choose "Restore Position" to put him/her back with other students.

3. Prohibit students from speaking

 This is useful when the teacher needs a quiet room or there are noise issues from one or more
students due to their equipment’s or surroundings. You will inevitably run into noise issues.
React quickly to avoid lengthy disruption of the class. It's a group lesson and it's important to
carry on with the students who can still follow the lesson. Do not stop to deal with one student's
technical issue or bad behavior.

 Or:

4. To express acknowledgement of student(s) participation, give them a trophy
 You can give all students trophies by clicking this icon

 Or give a trophy to a specific student, by clicking "Grant Trophy"

5. No one volunteers? Use a prize wheel!
 Activate the prize wheel and everyone can see it. You can randomly pick a student to speak.
Just select prize wheel from the side bar.

6. Question Game
 You can collect the answers to your question from all students with this function.
 Select "Question Game" from the side bar, set the correct answers, and click "Begin to answer"
 You can see all the answers.

7. Question Game: Fast Finger First

 Sometimes it's fun to have a competition in class. Activate "Fast Finger First", and the first
student who hits the button wins the opportunity to answer your question.

 The name of the first student appears here.

5. Uploading files
In most cases, teaching materials are loaded into the VC automatically. But in case you need to
upload some materials that are not pre-loaded, here is the guide.
