I am writing this letter to your good office to inform you that I am not longer sign my contract for 2018
for the reason that I am planning to practice my profession outside country or if given a chance to be
part of Nurse Deployment Program (NDP).

I am thankful to be part of your institutions (RPHS Antipolo Annex I and Annex II) serving citizens of
Antipolo for almost 2 years and 4 months. I’ve learned a lot of knowledge, skills and attitude; it will help
me through the next chapter of my career and I will share it to my future co-workers.
