Request for a Factory Visit to understand the practical application of HRM functions

We the students of Association of Industrial Management Science Students (AIMSS) organize a

factory visits for our undergraduates based on their needs on enhancing the practical knowledge
of human recourse management in Industrial sector.

Therefore AIMSS identified that Slimtex (Pvt) Ltd as one of well reputed and pioneer
organizations in the textile and apparel industry suitable for achieving the above objective. We
would be highly appreciated if you could give us permission to visit HR department in
mentioned your organization.

Please consider this request and help us to support our colleagues and also let us know a
convenient date for this visit. Please also note that we would like to arrange this event any
weekday within 27st Auguest to 10th September 2009. However other possibilities are also
welcome.
