EXERCISE TITLE: GETTING ACQUAINTED

ANSWERS:
1. For me, the best leader that I’ve personally known is my parents. They are my
inspiration in doing a hard works in terms of leadership and academics. They
taught me how to be a good person, they influenced me how to be a good leader
and a good citizen of a community. They deserved to be loved because of their
kindness and humbleness.

2. I may describe my parents in the film of “A mother’s story” who worked hard for us
and gave us the unconditional love and care that will lead and will give us a
betterment in the future.

3. Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence and
inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the
passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates and
customers. – Robin S. Sharma

4. My best leadership experience is when I was assigned as the Class Mayor of our
room, it is really challenging for me to do some overload tasks assigned by my
teachers but the reason why it’s best because I helped my classmates and I
made them happy and contented. Also, the best leadership experience for me is
even though, I’m not that perfect leader to them, the school granted me a
leadership award on the day of my graduation at the P.I.C.C Hall and I’m so
overwhelmed! The thing here is that to be the best leader, you should not just act
by its title but to show them that you are a good influencer who influenced people
that would bring them to be a good part of a community.
5. DRAW A VISUAL SYMBOL OF YOUR VIEW OF LEADERSHIP (THROUGH
