GOAL
To cascade the new RPMS Manual and the PPST to the teachers and school heads of Cluster 8
OBJECTIVES
 To equip the school heads and teachers regarding the current RPMS Manual and PPST.
 To conduct Cluster Roll-Out on RPMS Manual and PPST in compliance to Division Memo 1105, series of 2018.
 Relay a uniform measure to assess teacher performance, identify needs, and provide support for professional development.
