 Production Process

The way or the process of making the proposed or this kind of business

can be done by following the certain procedures to do so, and as well to

come up with the best outcomes.

The process of production involves the following steps:

 Prepare all what is needed in the production such as the ingredients

and the materials.

 Clean or wash the ganga thoroughly.

 Slice or grind the ganga according to the type of dish to be made (sisig,

adobo, kinilaw, bicol express and spring rolls)

 Prepare and wash other ingredients like chicken liver, onions, garlic,

carrots, calamansi, chili fingers, ginger, BBQ stick, lemon grass, shrimp

paste, coconut milk, fried and Inihaw marinating spices and

seasonings.

 Do provide mixing bowls for fried, inihaw, and spring rolls. Set aside

the marinated ganga for 15 minutes for the fried dish and overnight for

the inihaw and spring roll dish.

 Slice the onions, garlics, and the ginger in cubes for sisig and inihaw.

Strip slices for adobo and bicol expess, and thin rings for kinilaw.

 Cook then serve!
