Service Manager

Responsible for processing service call orders, contracting national service crews and
technicians who can ensure completion of projects on a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to manage and resolve project issues with all parties involved.

Essential Job Duties


- Directs and coordinates service call orders by contracting national service crews/technicians to service
the needs of our customers.
- Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure work was completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Set goals and deadlines according to each project.
- Monitor project status and progress with all parties involved.
- Proactively identify problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Prepare schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend/implement procedural policy changes to improve operations.

Skill, Experience and Education Requirements


- High School Diploma.
- 3 + years' experience managing service related projects in manufacturing or construction industries.
- 3 + years' experience in construction or manufacturing customer service/project management.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills. Ability to adapt to constant change.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
