Project Coordinator

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information


- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Coordinate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point person and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance
tests

Software Testing
- Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
- End to end process testing - from basic functionalities, data entry and
generation of reports
- Analyzing test results about errors or bugs, considering also about the client's
feedback - front end (design)
- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and
reporting to the design team.

As a Team Lead for Implementation and deployment:


- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Motivating the team to achieve
organizational goals
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure proper documentation and analyze client�s requirements
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
