Career Goals

The goals I would love to accomplish in my career, is to become a successful

model teacher for Baltimore City Public schools. That is my future goal once I have
completed my degree. For now, the focus is obtaining my Associate on the art of teaching
(A.A.T) degree from CCBC. Once I graduate from CCBC, I should be able transfer to
Towson University to complete my bachelor’s degree for early Elementary/ Special
Education. Upon completion for my bachelor’s degree, I would love to start teaching in
my first classroom in Baltimore City Public Schools. I would hope to complete two or three
years in the classroom before applying for the model teacher position. My goal is to be
come an effective teacher that produce amazing results and to have a major impact on
the next generation’s future.
