Emergency operations in affected areas to provide health quad cluster response
which includes medical / public health, water, sanitation and hygiene, nutrition,
and mental health and psychosocial services
Region I
Three (3) RHA teams deployed in evacuation centers in Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte
and La Union.
There are no notifiable diseases/syndromes monitored through SPEED.
Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, Ilocos Training and
Regional Medical Center are operational and ready to provide.
Distributed medicines, jerry cans, hygiene kits and buntis kits in evacuation areas
Region II
Deployed three (3) Health Emergency Response Teams composed of WASH,
NiE, Medical and MHPSS in Penablanca, Cagayan
Deployed RDANA Team in Gonzaga and Sanchez Mira, Cagayan
Issued Health Emergency Advisories and updates to media, PHO and PDOHOs
Activated ICS and SPEED in all provinces.
Conducted medical consultations in BHS, RHUs and ECs. The top 5 leading
causes of consultations are: Acute Respiratory Infection, High Blood Pressure,
Fever, Headache and Dizziness.
There are no notifiable diseases/syndromes monitored through SPEED.
Region III
Conducted medical consultations in evacuation centers
A composite team from DOH RO III and JBLMRH deployed to augment
operations at RO II
There are no notifiable diseases/syndromes monitored through SPEED.
There are thirty-four (34) partially damaged health facilities in Regions I. II and CAR.
However, all facilities are functional

LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
PREPOSITIONED LOGISTICS
A total of Php 24,379,750.00 amount of logistics were prepositioned by DOH
Regional Offices. Moreover, Php 34,297,091.00 amount of logistics is available
in the DOH Central Office.
MOBILIZED LOGISTICS
A total of Php 9,673,286.34 amount of logistics were augmented by the DOH
Central Office and Regional Offices to affected areas.
