    National Handicapped Finance & Development Corporation (NHFDC) for and


    on behalf of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of
    Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India has invited applications from students
    with disabilities, pursuing Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Professional / Technical
    courses for award of Scholarships under the scheme detailed in the enclosure.

    Copy of the letter is enclosed for information and necessary action. For further
    information the websites www.socialjustice.nic.and www.nhfdc.nic.in may be visited.
