Class a. Introduction:
Year 1 1. Recap previous lesson by asking pupils these questions:
 What day is it today?
 What day was it yesterday?
 What day is it tomorrow?

TIME b. Presentation:
1. Display the rhymes chart on the board.
2. Recite the rhymes.
(60 minutes) 3. Recite together with pupils.
4. Sing the rhymes to the tune of Oh My Darling Clementine.
5. Pupils listen and follow.

c. Practise:
Attendance: 1. Organise pupils into groups.
2. Pupils practise the rhyme in their respective groups.
