Skid for ATF dosing

1. Draining facility to be provided in tank as indicated in drawing.

2. Instead of plunger pump, diaphragm pump is preferable (positive
displacement type).
3. Two NRVs should be provided as indicated in drawing.
4. In MOC, specification of Pr. Gauges, level gauges have not been
mentioned.
5. PRVs to be flanged ended with provision of valves for carrying out
maintenance jobs. PRV outlet should also have flange. PRVs rating to be
mentioned in MOC.
6. Positioning of pulsation dampener need to changed as indicated in the
drawing.
7. Provision for Electrical cable requirement, LCS, ESD, Contactors and
necessary electrical items have not been shown in BOM.
8. Provision for suitable coupling guard for motor and pump to be
mentioned in MOC.
9. Provision for start up from PLC, LT for correct quantity should be there, if
required in future.

In LPR line, it should be mentioned “ Fabrication, Supply, Installation and

Commissioning of Skids”.
