Blood Donation Drive 2018


Date: 21st August 2018
Budged: 5000 rs
 Request SMM team to make an event page by 12th of August.
Publications team should provide a description and graphics
team should provide a cover photo.
 Request the graphics team for 7 posts. Each with a “Number of
days left” and a positive fact about donating blood. SMM team
should start posting those from 14th August on the event page.
Whole council will need to share it obviously.
 3 days before the event, arrange a projector and project a small
video made by the graphics team highlighting the success of
event previously. Project it over SADA by placing projector in C1.
Do this from 7pm to 10pm.
 Also, arrange a small play on the 19th of August in which we can
ask a person to play someone with leukemia, just like we did with
the Pink Ribbon.
 Using the money left, get a large poster with the details of the
BDD. Buy 3 or 4 helium balloons and about a 15 feet rope. Then
tie the rope and display banner at day time. Do this every day
from 19th august to 21st august from 3 to 6 pm. We just need a
guy to tie it at 3 and untie it at 6.
 Ask décor team to depict dropping blood drops on a string. Hang
them around c1 and c2 on the 18th of august to draw attention.
Make sure most of them are around the panaflex.
