Question:
1. What do you know about hard skill and soft skill?
2. How do you perceive about the two skills?

My Opinion
In my opinion, Hard skills are mastery of science, technology, and technology related
to the field of science. While soft skill is a person's skill in dealing with others (interpersonal
skills) and self-skills (intrapersonal skills) that are able to develop tasks optimally.
How do you perceive about the two skills?hard skills are technical skills such as
finance, and computers. Their skills can be seen from the history of education. While soft
skills can be seen from the experience in the organization. Examples of soft skills are the
development of personal and interpersonal skills and people for training, teamwork, decision
making, initiative and creativity. The nature of soft skills includes values that are adhered to,
motivation, habits of behavior, character and attitude. it can be said that soft skills are our
ability to interact with others. this is done by everyone who is different from the habit of
thinking, acting and behaving. But, this trait can change by practicing getting used to.So all
soft skills and hard skills cannot be separated because both are very important
