Me : How long have you served as a manager?

Manager : Approximately 7 years
Me : Why did you choose to be a manager?
Manager : Because being a manager is a big responsibility
Me : How many days and how many hours does the company operate each week?
Manager : The company's operational activities are every Monday to Friday. On Monday to
Thursday, operating hours start from 08.00-17.00, while on Friday it starts from
08.00-18.00.
Me : How many workers do you have is at PT Citra Sumber Sejahtera?
Manager : In total there are 9 people In the office there are 5 employees and in the field
there are 4 employees
Me : What's interesting about the job of a Manager
Manager : Because I have to be able to manage/manage employees, the ability to complete
the tasks that are their responsibility, the ability to make decisions, and the
ability to communicate.
Me : How did you get this job
Manager : This company belongs to my uncle so I learned a lot from him before entering
this company I took the test he gave and I was finally able to join the company
Me : What achievements have you got in 7 years of working as a manager
Manager : My achievements during work are that I can be an initiative and reliable
employee and I can also work on time according to my supervisor's request. I
also work well with other employees and create warmth in the workplace

2. RESUME

Manager is a very important position in a company, both in large, medium, and small
companies. Because without a manager, the company will not run systematically according to
procedures, it can even become inefficient and ineffective which can certainly harm the
company.

This time I interviewed one of the managers of PT. Citra Sumber Sejahtera, Mr. Ir.
Suhandi, M.M. He served as manager and HRD. And has worked for 7 years at the company, has
9 employees, 5 employees stay in the office and 4 employees in the field. The company where he
works belongs to his uncle. The company's operational activities are every Monday to Friday. On
Monday to Thursday, operating hours start from 08.00-17.00, while on Friday it starts from
08.00-18.00.

According to him, being a manager is a big responsibility. Therefore, becoming a

Successful managers need a mix of formal learning and practice, art and science. In the
interview, Mr. Ir. Suhandi, M.M. states that a manager must have the ability to manage/manage
employees, the ability to complete the tasks for which he is responsible, the ability to make
decisions, and the ability to communicate.
 3. My dreams about your job

This image of my dream has existed since I was in the tenth grade of high school. I think
that being a businessman is fun and won't bore us. On the other hand, being a businessman will
add experience because being a businessman has many duties as employees, financial managers
and other parts.
Besides being my dream since high school, another reason why I want to become a
businessman is that I want to provide employment opportunities for Indonesian youth because
we know that there are not many job opportunities for young people. Because usually young
people after graduating from college are looking for work instead of making a job. This is what
causes the unemployment rate to increase. And to make my dream come true I have to study hard
and also always try, I definitely can!
