Office layout and lighting

According to the necessity to modernize, I visited each área of the company and I did a
research within the facilities. I was able to do that with some surveys to the personnel or
staff and I check it carefully, thanks to that I found two apportunity áreas such as the layout
and lighting, so the porpuse of this report is to give recommendations.

I had the opportunity to visit each area within the facilities. I realized differents situations
that are really important to solve, according to the design of the building and according to
differents results within the surveys aproximmately 50% of staff think as a good idea add
new offices in the same area, so its necessary reinforce this porposal in order to increase the
revenues of the company with the correct use of the facilities and take accound the staff
oppinion.

The next point that I had the opportunity to analyze was the layout of the office and
according to the result and the graphics, we saw that in opinion of the vast majority of staff
the layout of the office should be as a open-plan offices, and this have a nearly relation with
the result of the third graphic, where we can see that nearly all staff want to have natural
light instead to the artificial. We may have to check each disponible option. if we talk with
the architects, they could give us some options to maximize the work area and take acount
the staff opinion.

As a conclusion it is necessary to do a deeper analysis and take account the staff opinion
and the porposal of the company in order to achieve a good resolution. I hope to be with
you within the remodeling project nearly.
