- Honestly we have not physically seen your house, Whenever we buy a house we reach
out to people who own homes in the surrounding areas to see if they would allow us to
give them an offer.

- Okay, I understand, If you don’t mind me asking, is it because it’s rented out. Or does it
need a lot of repairs? - Because we can usually buy properties whether they are rented
out or if they need repair.
