Strengths of the student noted at this fieldwork:

At all times Jessica was poised, professional and focused on the task at hand. This began with literature review, was followed by
gathering information from staff/ clients, and ultimately developed into a useful and relevant project. The student was thorough in
approach, asked questions that reflected insight into our population and professional knowledge, and maintained clear communication
throughout the performance period.

Areas the student could work toward improving during remaining fieldwork experiences:

To continue to interact as deeply and fully with program consumers as possible, because that experience will inform best and
innovative practices.

Additional comments: The consensus here is that Jessica was wonderful to work with and her internship added value to the adult day
services program.
