 ISO Consultant Mr. Vishwanathaiah visited Gila and minutes of meeting (07th Sept'2018)

Dear Sir,

Today ISO Consultant Mr. Vishwanathaiah came to old office and discussed on
risks in the processes, most of the processes are completed with their risks, existing
controls and mitigation plan.

In the purchase process, identified risk is “Delayed procurement process” for this
existing control is none and the mitigation plan (details not filled, discussion required).

During the discussion, he told Mr. Amarnath to consult through phone to the ISO
certifying agent for the available dates for External Audit for certification. As per the
telephonic conversation, due to busy schedule ISO certifying agent, told they will fix dates
in the month of October’2018.

After the discussion, Mr. Vishwanathaiah told, before internal audit he wants to see
company, with all requirements as per clause(ISO 9001-2015).

The following requirements were noted,

3. 3. Fire extinguisher,

4. 4. Pest control,

5. 5. Electrical Fly controller,

6. 6. Exit Door,

7. 7. Head caps, Hand gloves, lab coats,

8. 8. LED bulbs with shutter proof covering,

Mr. Vishwanathaiah suggested, lead auditors has to get training from external agency
for internal audits and prepare annual training schedule.
