FRA18-51 "Secondment for QuantitySurveyor Roles-FRA"

works to be completed within six months. As per provision of the contract, three
experts to be deputed from HQ for six months and needs to stay in Suva, Fiji for
carrying out this work and to coordinate with Fiji Roads Authority. As discussed
with HQ, the following officials posted at Suva for Water Authority works and Fiji
Roads authority works will finalize the accommodation for experts:

The team enquired accommodation of five to six room furnished house/flat (as
experts will also be arriving for and seen so many house/flats. Finally, one house
owner Mr. Omid Saberi having house at 63 IRVINE PLACE, NAMADI HEIGHTS with
furnished Six spacious bed rooms with four bathrooms/toilet,sdrawing with sofa
set, dinning with table set, kitchen with all utensils, verandah and open car
parking space agreed in FJD5000/month with a condition that, if we signed
agreement immediately and will have to sign for one year but accommodation
can be vacate by giving one-month notice by any party (Tenant and Landlord). The
same may be mentioned
in the lease agreement. As the deployment of manpower has already started for the
above contracts, the above accommodation is proposed to be leased by
10.10.2018.

In view of the above it is recommended to approve hiring of furnished Six bed room
house at 63,IRVINE PLACE, NAMADI HEIGHTS @FJD5000/month with one month bond
money
