Good day!

We noticed that your workers do not finish the works needed to be done. Hence, we are writing
this letter to request from you an additional manpower for the installation of precasted panel. This
is to ensure a timely accomplishment. Additionally, the foreman must coordinate both to JQ and
to the supplier of the precast panel.

We impose the additional worker request and to change the workers not capable of
accomplishing the works needed to be done on a timely basis. Installation of precast panel
should be done at a maximum of 10 working days per floor.
