Wards in Hospital

1. Emergency room (UGD) = the main room in the hospital that provides 24
hours, where emergency cases are handled in
the room (accident, whose consciousness
decreases.

2. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) = Patients treated in this room are patients with
low awareness / need to be observed closely.
Where all patients use a Bedside Monitor /
Patient monitor that is connected to Central
Monitoring (ICU Nurse Station) so that if there is
a change of vital signs in the patient, can be
done immediately, most ICU patients also use
Ventilator to help the patient breathing.

3. Maternity room = used for normal labor

4. Operating room = to sterilize the instruments / instruments of


operation.

5. X-ray dept = The Radiological Room has a tool for examining


the inside of a member of the patient's organs.
example: X-Ray Rontgen, CT-SCAN / MSCT
SCAN, MRI.
6. Laboratorium = to check the patient's condition done by taking
blood samples, urine, stool, sperm etc.

7. Surgical ward = to perform the process of surgery

8. Pediatric ward = to care for newborns

9. Medical ward = for general patient care

10. Orthopedic ward = for people with bone disorders

11. Perinatology = to care of infants who have health problems

12. Body Death Room = to the deceased

13. Dentistry Room = to check the patient's teeth

14. Information Centre = to find information needed by the patient / public

15. Nutrient dept = as a nutritional kitchen, to cook the food that will
be given to the patients
