SECTION 82. Repealing Clause - All ordinances, rules or

enacted Ordinance No. SP-22, otherwise known as the "Quezon City Zoning
Ordinance of 1992", which provides, among others, the mechanism to review and
update the zoning boundaries and/or classifications whenever the need arises;

SECTION 6. Any person who shall establish and/or continue lo operate after
the one ( t ) year grace period any business: included in Section 2 hereof shall suffer a
penally of imprisonment of not more than six (6) months or a fine of not more than
Five Thousand Pesos (P5.000.00) or both such imprisonment and fine at the
discretion of the Court.
