Journal II: English For Specific Purpose

On September 28th, 2018 we have our third class meeting with Mrs.Atti
Herawati as English for Specific Purpose lecture. In this meeting, we have to submit
our first journal, after that continues to do our project. We already created 10
questions related to our task of interviewing 10 book editors. Mrs. Atti checked our
questions and gave feedback, some questions are not relevant with the English
language and book editor's profession so she asked us to change the questions first
then send back via WhatsApp to her. On 1 st October 2018, we resend the questions
that we have changed to Mrs.Atti, but Mrs.Atti just read because she was busy. On
October 8th, 2018 we contact Mrs.Atti again to make sure that our questions are ready,
then Mrs.Atti said that it's ready to interview.

Questions are ready and we starting to find the respondent. Before we find the
respondent, we should make an official letter of TU. The administrator of making an
official letter was very long. We should wait until 2 days. Besides that, we have to
wait for the signature of Mr.Entis. After 2 days, finally, we got the letter and we
starting to find the respondent. First, we go to the Gramedia in Botani Square Mall
Bogor and read a lot of books and we capture the publisher in the first page of the
book. In there, we can see the address of the publisher. Thus, we still have problems
causes the publisher is so far from Bogor. a lot of publishers are located in Jakarta.
So, we asked Mrs. Atty by WhatsApp to recommend us some publisher in Bogor.
Then, Mrs. Atty recommends us to go to Erlangga publisher.

We looking for the location of Erlangga publisher in google map and we find
that Erlangga located in Padjajaran street no.84 A-B Baranangsiang Bogor and we
went there on 10th October 2018. Apparently, Erlangga has moved to Jakarta because
we found nothing in this location. This location has changed with some shops. We
think that it's impossible for us to go to Jakarta by the limit of time, so we ask
permission from Mrs. Atti to changes the respondents into a Design Graphic.

Fortunately, we have some friends who worked as a design graphic. At the night of
10th October 2018, we construct the questionnaire online and sent it to some friends,
so they can fill it online.
