Acknowledgement
The success and final outcome of this student portfolio required a lot of
guidance and assistance from many people and I am extremely privileged to
have got this all along the completion of my portfolio. All that I have done is only
due to such supervision and assistance and I would not forget to thank them.

I respect and thank Dr. Maria Fe Opina, for providing me an opportunity to do


the student teaching In and Out campus and giving us all support and guidance
which made me completes the requirements duly. I am extremely thankful to her
for providing such a nice support and guidance, although she had busy schedule.

I owe my deep gratitude to our Student Teacher Supervisor, Mrs. Joan


Gallaron, who took care of me and guiding me in my journey towards this degree,
I have found a teacher, a friend, an inspiration, a role model and a pillar of
support in my guided us all along, till the completion of our final requirements by
providing all the necessary information for developing a good system.

I would not forget to remember The College of Teacher Education Faculties


for their encouragement and more over for their timely support and guidance till
the completion of our Student Teaching.

I heartily thank all my friends for helping me during in my difficulties and for
the keen interest shown to complete this requirement.

A special thanks to Mr. Richard Pia, Allen Mercado, Rex Tagapulot and Roger
Odron for giving me the opportunity to showcase my talent in dancing and for
giving me a chance to grant a full scholarship.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Benteck Memorial Foundation
for their generosity and I am much honored to be the recipient of this scholarship.
And to Ms.Malou S. Abbu for guiding me, for monitoring my academic
performance and for the prayer.

I am thankful to and fortunate enough to get constant encouragement, support


and guidance to my Boyfriend, Walden Matthew E. Pong which helped me during
my ST Journey, for providing all my needs and for always being there whenever I
need help.
I am extremely grateful to my parents for their love, prayers, caring and
sacrifices for educating and preparing me for my future. I am very much thankful
to my Mother, Merly V. Ebarola, to my Father, Randy D. Ebarola and to my
Sister, Khrezyl V. Ebarola whose dreams for me have resulted in this
achievement and without their loving upbringing and nurturing; I would not have
been where I am today and what I am today. It is true that if God ever existed, he
would be in the form of a Family, because only a Family can love and give
without expecting anything in return. Had it not been for my family unflinching
insistence and support my dreams of excelling in education would have remained
mere dreams. Also I express my thanks to my Relatives for their support and
valuable prayers.

Finally, I am very thankful to our Savior, Our God Almighty for giving me the
strength, knowledge, ability and opportunity to undertake this Student Teaching
journey and to persevere and complete it satisfactorily. Without his blessings, this
achievement would not have been possible.
