3. In connection with the above stated subject and references, the
following activities have transpired:

On 15th day of February 2019 at about 0530H early morning, we are

gathered by our practicum professor to conduct an important discussion about some
untoward behaviorof the Criminology Intern at the front of Sagonoy Hall, Criminology
Department before the deployment of all OJT interns to the establishment and
around 0630H we proceed to our place of duty which is the NORTHERN SAMAR
PROVINCIAL POLICE OFFICE.
However at around 0700H in the morning we proceed inside of NSPPO and
signing of attendance, after that we proceed to the chapel, first order to us is to pick
up all leaves of the trees. While waiting for the lecturer one of the official of the
NSPPO discuss about his life and we are interested to be listened. Before he going
out,he pray for us.
At around 0900H PO2 RHODELIA A. CESISTA a sign as Women and
Children Protection Desk and also an investigator. She discuss about the R.A.8353
Anti-Rape Law. She talked about , how to gathered evidences from the area were
the crime happened. Before going outside in the NSPPO one of police asking
permission to help for getting all the motor vehicles.
At around 0200H in afternoon we return again at the NSPPO. SPO4
ROBERTO G. ESCOBER discuss about the requirements of being a member of the
PNP. He said that, in height requirements should at least 5'2 for female and 5'4 for
the male, if your height in not qualified you must have to apply waiver and going to
the ethnic people and be a member of them. At exactly 4:30 we dismissed

3. In connection with the above stated subject and references, the
following activities have transpired:

On or about 0700H dated February 18, 2019, we arrived at the Northern

Samar Provincial Police Office. Our team leader checked our attendance and
checked our uniform and accessories and after that he gave instruction on what we
are going to do. And after his instructions, we proceed to the NSPPO chapel.

After that we proceed again to the field and pick all leaves. On or about
0830H, SPO4 Roberto G. ESCOBER,PESPO..he inform us to stay and set while
waiting for the instructor.
 On or about 0900H,PO1 Janiezon Dulay,he discuss about crime and explain
to why people can commit a crime.Based on his explaination people commit crime
because of poverty.
On or about 1100H, SPO4 Roberto Escober asked each of us if we have a
knowledge that we get to the lecturer and after that he dismiss us.

signing of attendanceafter that we attend the flag rising of the Philippine flag..The
after that we proceed to the chapel.Our team leader gave instruction on what we are
going to do.We pick up all leaves around the chapel.

On or about 1130H,SPO4 ROBERTO ESCOBER he has a sort reminder for us and

then dismiss.

at Northern Samar Provincial Police Office we entered and signing the attendance.
Then at around 0830H P/Supt Wilson Andales assign in the NSPPO Internal
Affair Service. He explained their work, The function of IAS is to handle all PNP
personnel having a case.
At exactly 0900H PO3 Marilou Supiroble, SOCO team she discuss about how
to gather physical evidence in the crime scene.
The at around 0200H the UEP Laong and EVCC conducting their crime
scene, the team bravo assign to observed.

On February 26, 2019 at about 0700H in the morning we proceed to Northern

Samar Provincial Police Office and log in of the attendance after that we attend and
form again at the side of NSPPO facing the flag pole and salute while the flag
rising,the we proceed to chapel.
On or about 0830H, in the morning SPO4 Roberto ESscober talked about his
departure going to Tacloban but he cancel his departure by his departure by his
superior because there is an important meeting conducted at the NSPPO.
Then at around 1030H SPO4 Roberto Escober dismiss us early in order we
can prepared for the foods.
