A Healthier Meal A hamburger meal from McDonalds would be best for me. As a 21 year
old female, my recommended calorie intake is 2,100. It has the least amount
of total fat, cholesterol, and sodium. The hamburger meal from Burger King
has 940 mg of sodium, and 25 g of fat. Wendys' hamburger meal contains
the most calories, therefore, it would not be my first option.
