    Dear Sir,

    With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention that I don’t have any
    weekly holiday as I have to take classes on Friday. On Friday, I have evening
    classes with 21st intake section-1 (EEE 102) of the Dept. of CSE & 12 th intake
    section-1 (EEE 305) of the Dept. of EEE. On Tuesday I have a classless day. So, it
    will be convenient on my part to take rest for the whole of Tuesday; if I am given
    on Off-Day on Tuesday.

    I, therefore, hope that you would be kind enough to grant my day-off and oblige
    thereby.
