Subject: Application for Re-Take of examination dated 03/11/2023.

Dear Associate Professor,

We request permission to give again the mid-examination held on 03/11/2023. We are students of
your university the Department of Textiles, currently enrolled in the EBTX program.

On the day of the test, we faced problems with unexpected traffic jams, long-distance vehicles
not operating properly, which significantly affected us. Most of us students come to the
university from different districts to do classes. Due to which we could not participate in the
exam. So, we are appealing to you through our mentor (Md. Islamul Haque) sir. We request an
opportunity to give again our exam (dated 3/11/203) on a convenient date.

We request to consider the matter in accordance with the guidelines of your university and
department.
