To whom it may concern,

I am writing to enquire about an important issue I am having at this moment, it is


my “Internet Mobile Connection”.
First off, I thought this was going to be a momentary trouble, but then it delayed
three more days; in total, I have been without internet four days. I have not seen
any solution from your company yet; and I am a busy man, I always have to do
business video calls wherever I am in order to keep in touch with business people
from my company. On the other hand, I am worried about this because I pay a
huge amount of money per month to have the best Internet Service from this
company, and I do not see a right result of what you are offering on this mobile
plan.

I expect a prompt reply from you about the issue I have just made mention.
