    OBJECTIVE
    Debate is a formal discussion on a particular matter in a public meeting in which opposing
    arguments are put forward. Participants have to follow certain constraints by the organizers to
    make it successful.

    Rules
     Competition will be conducted between two teams ( Team A & Team B).
     Each team should have two members from college.
     Team A&B will get chance to speak alternatively to tell the opinions about the topic.
     Each team will oppose (or) agree according to their convincing skills.
     At last both teams will get chance to tell their conclusion.
     Results & judgement will be given by judge.
