AUTOMATIC CAN CRUSHER MACHINE

The can crusher machine utilizes two pneumatic cylinder to crush the recycled
can. The two double acting cylinder are used in this lab project to make this
project operated. This cylinder are configured to operate in a controlled
sequential manner in order by the pneumatic cylinder. The can are flow, empty
cans will be through feeding chute and will then be detected by the optical sensor
and allows the cylinder to operate. Before the machine operates, the operator
need to press the start button. after the can is crushed , the crushed can is through
the limit switch to count the total crushed can. Then the sequence is the ready for
repetition and continues if there is supply and the presence can inside the feeding
chute.
