Poverty

In this project, we had to see if poverty with technology helps or does not help people

nowadays. In this project, we had to do an iMovie and see what we were going to put during the

video. In our instructions, we had to pick one of the two topics that were given to us. From this

project, we also had to work in a group of three or four members. The purpose of this project is

to see how much poverty had affected the world and how they are now. Also knowing we have

to see how can we stop it from getting more worse with everyone that is really poor. My

thoughts when I started this project were how was I going to put all the information in the iMovie.

Throughout my project, there were many decisions I had to make so our project could

come out good. Putting all the information that is necessary. Not going on and on with the same

information if you have said it before. Also, the voice over is very important because it could be

heard differently and not the same. The steps I took in this project are knowing how to

communicate with your peers to split all the information equally. Another step was to see which

information would not fit with the video that we are doing.

From this project, my group learned a lot of how poverty is in different places and how

it's affecting us. Poverty can really affect us and our future because it might get worse and not

be helping in the future. I learned that poverty is a way that changes everything in every way.

Something I learned about myself was to explain it a little better to get to the main point faster.

Something I would do differently next time is to not be doing everything at last because then all

the information would not be making sense.

I investigated the world by seeing different websites that they had on poverty. These

websites would have to match up with the topic we would have to be doing. From our project, I

feel that we did a good job based on all the detailed information that we put. I communicated
ideas in different ways when I talked to my group members to see which information we would

put.
