annual seminar with this year’s theme “BEYOND: Rising Above the Elaine Venus Elepano

March 08, 2019 at the 4th Floor Auditorium Hall of Municipal Hall of City
of Santa Rosa, Laguna from 8am-5pm. We are expecting a total of 250-
