    Concrete Manufacturing Process

    The process begins when the coarse aggregate is placed inside the mixer. Second the mixer

    starts rotating and then the fine aggregate is placed inside the mixer while it is rotating. Third,

    the cement is added inside the mixer. Next, the 80% of the water is placed inside the mixer.

    The 20% of the water is mixed with the additive. The additive that is established by the engineer

    depends on the conditions of the construction. Then the water with the additive are placed

    inside the mixer little by little. Finally, the mixer stops rotating and the concrete is ready for

    use.
