It is stated that the tender for Procurement of Exercise (Gym) Equipment

was published on PPRA website on 14th November 2018. The technical bids was
opened on 04th December 2018. It is further submitted that only one firm participated in
the subject tender.

Procurement committee convened on 20th December, 2018 to evaluate the

samples of Exercise (Gym) Equipment brought by the single bidder (M/s Fahad
Publishing). The Status of the evaluated samples is as under.
