GUIDELINES:
1. One PRF is required per JOB but can be applicable to same jobs with multiple number required.
2. Approved PRF is a pre-requisite for sourcing and recruitment to proceed.
3. Organizational Chart and Job Description (JD) should be attached to the PRF.
4. All details of the requirement should be specified to facilitate sourcing and recruitment.
5. Hiring lead time must be observed 30 WDs for R&F, 45 WDs for Supervisors and 60 WDs for Managers and up.
