Dina : “Assalamualaikum Mrs. Mely”

Mrs.Mely : “Waalaikumsalam”

Dina : “Good morning”

Mrs.Mely : “Morning”

Dina : “I’m Nurse Dina and she is my partner, her name Nurse Ai Nunung. Nice to meet you.
Would you like to tell me what has been going on you ?”

Mrs.Mely : “I have been sick since two week ago. In one week, my stomach felt bloating, fever,
nausea, stomach pain, I get weight loss, blood vomiting, and I’m sorry before my

Mrs. Mely : “Good afternoon nurse”

Andri : “May I know your name ?”

Mrs. Mely : “Of course, my name is Mely”

Andri : “Can I see your bracelet patient ?”

Mrs. Mely : “Yes nurse”

Andri : “Okay, all right. I’m Nurse Andri and she is my partner, her name is Nurse Aprina. Here
we will give you medication by giving medicine for you.

Mrs. Mely : “Oh oke nurse”

Aprina : “Mrs. Mely, there three medicine for you. Imodium, amoxilin and paracetamol”

Mrs. Mely : “Yes nurse”

Aprina : “First, Imodium eat 3 times a day before you eat. This is for reduce the diarrhea

Second, Amoxilin eat 3 times a day after you eat. This is for antibiotics.

Third, Paracetamol eat 3 times a day after you eat. This is for reduce the pain.”

Mrs. Mely : “Yes nurse”

Aprina : “And there side effect of all the medicine. Imodium will make you dizzy and sleepy,
amoxilin will annoying your respiratory system and paracetamol will make you slightlu
nausea.

Mrs. Mely : “Oh its oke”

Aprina : “Mrs.Mely don’t forget to drink a lot water to prevent dehydration and eat soft food
to avoid intestinal irritation”
