Evaluar y determinar cuáles son las ventajas y desventajas de ser gerente de
una empresa muy reconocida en el medio

ADVANTAGES

 The license to exercise control

 Time availability
 The external recognition
 Sense of control over your schedule and working conditions
 Opportunity to be creative and test your ideas
 Flexible working hours
 You have a better payment
 You are admire by the rest of employees

DISADVANTAGES

 Possibility of financial loss if the business is not successful

 Isolation when working alone
 Possible financial sacrifices for you and your family
 Loss of a working structure
 No benefits such as health insurance, dental and disability
 unpredictable income
 Possibility of marital problems that might arise even in divorce (I think the latter
is the most critical )
 If the manager loses the confidences the company can go wrong.

My friend Michael worked in a big company in Lima, when he was working his
manager was tolerant and a punctually person. He never arrives late at work. I
remember an opportunity when he was writing a report and I had to interrupt to him,
he stopped to work and he payed attention to me. He respected his workers.

Angel, 23 years old. She lives in Huancayo. Now she’s working in a small company.
She has terrible problems with his boss. He’s mean and a disorganized manager
and all the time he has bad humor, he’s grumpy.

Similitudes

 They want the same results

 The women are as intelligent as the men.
 The men and the women are well prepared
 They want to make their company more competitive and higher.
 They want to make money

Diferencias

 The man are more authoritarian that the women

 The men want to control everything
 The women are more intuitive than the men.
 The women are to open to dialog
 The women hide better their emotions.
 The women as bosses are more convincing than the men.
 Women want other people to collaborate

When there are difficult situations the men exploit easily meanwhile the women hide
better their feelings and emotions.
In the work the men want other people to obey them by the force but the women and
more convincing than the men.
The differences are many, the women are more intuitive than the men, but the man are
more risky that the women. The men are authoritarian but the women are more open to
dialog and they want other people to collaborate meanwhile the men want to control
everything.
The businessmen and the business women both are well prepared to assume new
challenges and face problems, they both want to make money and increase the capital
of their companies, they both want to achieve their goals, they both want to be
successful and be recognized by other people.
