This Month's Work Recap
Annual Evaluation season is upon us and everyone
is in a writing frenzy! Anmol, Anna, Key, Margy, and
Despoina are all writing like crazy - in Key's words,
daily life now consists of "writing, editing, writing,
making tables, writing, stats, writing, editing, writing."
In support of the team, Megan has been doing a ton
of longitudinal data set work. And from what we hear
from Holly, both SEL and UCS reports are well
underway and making good progress!
Some notable achievements: Barbara's Team
Camp Shriver NYC completed their Run To NYC,
raising over $8K and running over 348 miles! And
Staci finally finished and submitted Paper 3: "It's
Right, But Risky Too: Inclusive Behavior as a Positive
Risk in Adolescence!" On the SEL side of CSDE, Holly,
Margy, and Despoina mention that the Activity
Cards are at final stages before the pilot, and we're
going to have a great resource to support SEL
development for students with and without ID.
Finally, CSDE finished 4th at this fall's UMBeWell Step
Challenge! Congratulations to all!
