ARKANA (ARKYLS) TERMS OF DESIGN PURCHASE

By sending payment to complete a purchase you agree to reading, understanding and

obliging to the following terms hereafter. Should any issues arise or circumstances not be
properly outlined in this document, you may contact me via email at
arkana.commissions@gmail.com to discuss and negotiate. Thank you.

I have the right to update this document at any time.

PAYMENT:
‣ I only accept payment via Paypal and in the currency USD. Any other currencies may be
refunded and requested to be sent again via USD. Please make sure you are sending USD
before approving the payment transfer.

‣ I have the right to refuse the sale or custom order of any designs, characters, or intellectual
property.

‣ Full payment is up front for custom and pre-made designs.

‣ I do not do holds.

‣ For pre-made designs, If payment isn’t sent within 24 hours of claiming, I have the right to
put the design, character, or item in question back up for sale.

REGULATIONS:
‣ Unless otherwise specified by me upon purchase, I have the right to continue to use, or
reuse, any line work (drawn by me) for future design purchases. This is for public pre-made
design sales, not custom line work as per a commission.

‣ Designs should not be sold for more than purchase price at base value, pre-made or custom.

‣ Credit must and can be given under one of the following the names: Arkyls (deviantart),
thearkanaa (twitter), Arkyls (In Dire Straits forum), or to my website: http://
arkcom.weebly.com.

‣ I will only design custom closed or copyright species of permission is given by the creator, or
it’s within their adoption rules to allow.
