students (tutors) will receive

3. DISTRIBUTION
- Distribution via apps marketplaces such as Apple store or

Google Play 

- Distribution via email, we will present our app in an email

and send it to a specific customer, into this email it will

have a ‘bouton’ install. 

- Distribute our app via our website or with the EU business

school website to download the app directly 


4. ADVERTISING 
- Instagram promotion tool as it is popular among students

- We will advertise the app by EU website and EU

institutional emails

- Advertising by Facebook EU students group and EU

official website 

- Advertise in the App Store to make it a part of the “New

Apps” sections
5. SALES PROMOTION
On the Facebook and Instagram page of the app, we

want to introduce promotions like 3 people tutoring

session for the price of 2 hours: 30 €.

If the student who is having the tutoring session brings

another student, he/ she will receive 1 free-hour.

We want to introduce a promotional code in EU official

website and on its Facebook website: EU1HOUR to give

the first hour free.

We do not depend on any supplier

As many suppliers are good at developing apps, we can switch

suppliers easily without any drastic cost and we will be sure to have a

great result

Very few companies offer tutoring sessions to students in Barcelona 

We are the only ones that offer tutoring sessions to EU students with

tutors that are also EU students that had an outstanding performance

in the course and understand perfectly the concepts each EU professor

is teaching

- Competitors focus on one thing or another, but we focus on

every little detail

- We don’t stop innovating and improving the app, unlike other

competitors who stick to the same content for a long time

courses and students from a specific university —> this can cause

confusion to the users (students) as the way of teaching differs

from one university to another
