ANSWER:
Based on the webinar that we’ve watched. We need to use the tools of technology will
give us or help us a new learning method. This is the only hope that we should do
because of the pandemic we need to consider things like securing our one’s health.
According to Dr. Carlo Magno Philippine Education Measurement and Evaluation
Association said that standard on flexible learning ideas the effective of this delivery in
order to implement with two dimension which is online delivery which is by the use
internet and offline delivery which is printed.
Secondly, Dr. Rene Colocar, Association of Local Colleges & Universities said that
because of pandemic “short term issue than to long term consequence “Flexible
learning is customized because this is safe and the Local Colleges University is a great
overview and this a new hybrid of learning let us expect education system because the
assurance and safety is required the use of technology is very impressive.

Online learning is the most useful thing when it comes to education the innovation of
technology and the technology that we use will help us to give a lot of information and
acquiring knowledge specially when it comes to education. The webinar gives us hope
by means of technology it is not possible to learn even or until the pandemic end.

It tackles about how the technology gives us quality educations is not only use for
entertainment but also use in academics and educational purpose.
It is the safer way to be applied when it comes to social distancing and mass gathering.
Technology is the best tool that we only have in learning modalities.
Based on my own understanding about the webinar, the speakers give us information
on how we cope the new learning methods by using technology to substitutes to
acquire knowledge. The pandemic will cannot stop us to continue to learn.
By implementing flexible learning, we need to help each other like stakeholders,
teachers, principals and administrator are the one who responsible to do this kind of
methodologies.
Although it has a lot consequences but it is the only way to do and to not stopping the
academic year.
We are very lucky that we have technology we use because of the modern world. But in
reality, there is an advantage and disadvantages the students is the most affected in this
kind of set up.
As a stakeholder, we cannot deny the fact that it is only advantage for the student who
have a good and strong connection. But we have different kind of life situation there are
some students that has a privileged and others don’t have when it comes to technology.

We cannot say that it is useful and effective for a lifetime because of the diversity of
learners like auditory, visual or visual and auditory learners. We cannot attain the
quality education that we need actually it is more on self-study to others and also the
hindrance of this is based on how strong the connection. The Google search is always
present when asking some unclear answer and questions and this the one who teach us
student from copy paste. Therefore, I conclude that Online learning is boring and only
for compliant purpose to passed the academic but it is advantage to the who work

effective traditional school based.

teaching internship in basic education schools either in-campus or off-campus using a

relevant to teachers because it promotes active and engaging classroom discussion.
Since the attention of students is short and limited. It helps the teacher to get their
interest and encourage them to participate in class. The standard of flexible learning
helps the teacher to become effective as a facilitator of learning. The flexible learning
strategies promote student-centered. And engage students in more meaningful
learning. Teaching strategies must not fix but varies. Therefore, flexible learning is
important to give students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them.
Through this, they will become comfortable and motivated to learn.
