If his life was a movie, what would the opening scene be?

 He wakes up and does all his emails on the blackberry with one hand while
petting his black lab retriever with the other – first thing in the morning. He’s still
in bed, relaxed; It’s comical but also serene – it doesn’t matter what’s in the
emails because he’s calm.

What makes him happy?

 Every day. Breathing. Living. Sometimes he doesn’t want to sleep because he’s
so excited about life. Work is not work; it’s fun. Life is a gift that you are wasting if
you don’t embrace and experience every moment.

What makes him proud?

 He’s proud of who he’s become. Life is a journey and when he looks back at his
“tortured years,” he didn’t get it. Now life is amazing and the journey continues.

What fascinates him?

 Everything new that he experiences.

DAVID’S H.E.R.B.:

H – Habits:

 Health. Clean living. No alcohol, working out every day. Eating clean food.

 Go outside. Absorb nature and get in touch with the world. Feed your mind and
body – that’s the secret to eternal youth.

E – Environment:

 Every piece of furniture and artwork he has is handpicked because it has

meaning to him. He wants other people to enjoy his house. It’s clean, especially
in the public spaces. You have to come home to a place where you feel safe and
can invite other people.

 Friends – he’s open to people but he gives so much of his energy to his close
friends that he hand picks them very carefully. It’s fun meeting new people,
whether it’s a man or a woman. He looks for people who are open and
adventurous, loyal, interesting, well read, have interesting lives. They’ve done
things and taken risks. He wants to be able to learn from his friends.

 He likes teaching in business, sharing knowledge in relationships. He doesn’t like

people who smother or get clingy or neurotic; he likes independent people. He
has different friends for different energies; some friends are lunch friends, some
are email/text friends.

 Most people love to sleep because their dreams are more exciting than real life.
David’s dreams are crazy nightmares. In Neil Strauss’ book The Rules of the
Game, Neil says that people who have great lives tend to have dark dreams, and
vice versa.

 David’s a stimulation junkie – he needs to experience new things all the time,
even in sleep, which is why he has such vivid dreams.

R – Resources:

 He doesn’t like seminars because he can’t sit still.

 The movie Defending your life because it’s about how to live without fear.

 The Celestine Prophecy, by James Redfield. He read it on vacation in Costa
Rica. It taught him that chasing things in life doesn’t work. You have to create the
life you love, not chase it.

 The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho and Alan R. Clarke. It teaches us to follow our
gut instinct – most men who go after women don’t trust their gut.

 A pivotal moment in his life was saying fuck you to his dad and grandmother
because he didn’t share their ideals. His dad wasn’t a good masculine role
model.

 He enjoys being a mentor because he never had a mentor. He’s always been the
mentor figure, even in middle school.

B – Beliefs:

 It took him a long time to

believe in himself. He believes
all the hype about himself ever
since he started his business.
He believes he’s a powerful
man and he’s a good coach.
He can connect with people
because he is genuinely
interested in them with no
bullshit or agenda.

 Life is a journey.

 Labrador and golden retrievers are the best dogs because you know what you’re
getting.

 Cats are women who constantly have PMS reincarnated.

 Life is a gift that most people are afraid to unwrap. You can’t waste a single
minute. Don’t obsess over little things you can’t control.

 He believes in the power of friends.

 He believes in walking around a city for 14 hours with no plan and having an
adventure.

 People who are miserable have made that choice.

 You can’t change somebody. You can only guide them.

 He loves women and always has, even as a kid. Women are amazing, sexy,
beautiful, annoying as hell sometimes, emotional creatures. Men don’t
understand those emotions. They are loyal and monogamous, more so than
men. They want to be taken care of emotional. They are an amazing gift that you
can keep unwrapping every day.

 He never had the cootie phase as a kid – he always loved women and was
fascinated by them.

 The man who picks first, who approaches first, is the most attractive. When you
come in first, you establish something powerful in her eyes: “I have courage.”

 Attraction is something you can generate all day long. Men who chase will never
get women because women are smart and they are on to you. A woman does
not know what she is attracted to until he walks over. If you see a woman in the
produce section, walk over and claim her the same way you’d claim an apple.

 Every woman is in a romantic comedy and you’d better be Hugh Grant walking
over there. Women want to be claimed, not with money, but with actions and
words. You can claim a woman in 5 minutes.

 Sex is the same way – you claim a woman, seduce her. If you are nervous on the
approach, you’re going to be the guy in bed with no self control. Most men learn
about sex through porn but most real women aren’t like that. Slow down; women
are about slow seductions. Sex is long, great, seductive, amazing, erotic –
experience it for hours.

 He doesn’t really think about his future because he lives in the present. Your
future is taken care of if you really dive into what’s happening in the moment. If
you stay present, you can roll with the punches and take things as they come.
Success just comes naturally.

 He’s in great shape and carries himself well. He appears like he’s in his 30’s
even though he’s in his 40’s. Yes, you can change the little things, but nobody’s
face and body is perfect. Love all of it.

Product Review:

Men’s Mastery

 It’s the same quality coaching for guys who can’t afford the private coaching.

 It’s an engaging product because it gets you active in your life. Listen to it over
and over again to learn something new – every time a student listens, he
conquers another fear.

 You can’t attract women until you become a man. Don’t validate yourself by
chasing women; validate yourself and women will chase you and be irresistibly
attracted to you.

Inner Game Techniques:

 Become a good
conversationalist:

1. Observe. Go out and observe

so you know what to talk
about. Go places you like
and observe what is going
on.
2. Everything you see is a
conversation starter. If you’re
in a book store and you see a
woman holding a book you
like, walk over and tell her
you like that book.
3. Listen. Really listen to what she is saying. Continue the thread with the action
words that she uses. For example, if she talks about public speaking, you talk
about public speaking.

 Go out in the field to build your confidence, even if it’s just talking with a store
clerk. It’s much more effective than practicing affirmations about loving yourself
at home in front of a mirror. Confidence will build when you really go out and
make it happen.

 When he first meets a woman, he looks to see if she will intrigue him. He already
knows he’s interesting and will intrigue her.

 Hot women are all over the place. He’s looking at energy and essence. He’s
looking to approach a woman who has an open energy, not someone who has
folded arms and dead energy. He notices little things, like how she smiles, if she
changes her order three times at Starbucks -- little things like that intrigue him.

 When a guy looks so much at the physical body, he misses her personality. Don’t
obsess over the breasts and ass; dig into her mind and personality.

 Stay away from negative thinkers and insecure people.

 Stay away from a woman who hates her job but stays there – she can’t make a
decision in life.

 A man spends too much time obsessing about finding a vagina and not looking at
whether or not he likes the woman. A lot of guys have the cave man mentality --
they just want to screw a girl. If you are attracted to her it doesn’t mean you like
her. Guys need to dig deep and really get to know a woman. Don’t be afraid to
challenge her because you are afraid you won’t get any. Women challenge men
all the time.

 Stop thinking about the “what ifs.” “What ifs” are excuses; they protect you from
trying anything in life because you can now rationalize everything.

 David tells “what if” people “what if you gave me one hour?” He can show you
ways to get women that work if you give him a chance to lead you instead of
rationalizing.

 Don’t be afraid of failure – failure is amazing. David has failed with women before
and it hasn’t impacted him. The same woman that didn’t talk to David one day,
he talked to her again another day and this time she responded. If a woman
doesn’t want to talk, it’s about her – she might just be having a bad day. Don’t
make it about you and take it personally.
