4. Lecture cum Presentation was arranged by Rotary Club of Nariman Point

at colaba near Gate way of India at Yatch club at 7.30 pm on24th July 2013
5. Five members from Rotary Club --Nariman Point visited Rugna Seva Sadan
of Nana Palkar Smurti Samiti at Parel to see RWH PROJECT FOR WHICH THEY
HAD GIVEN DONATION

1. On 1st august I went with Shri Anil Harpude by his Car to Getachi Wadi –Male
Taluka Murbad about 25 Km. from Kahsele Wadi is on Badalapur ---Borad Pada
 Road Proposal to provide water to pada people will be prepared during this
Month.After word we went to Shri Ketkar's farm on the same road where we had
constructed our 1st coconut coir cement Tank
2. on 3rd August I visited Farm belonging to Er. Sanjay Bapat and his family at
Khadkavali about 12km away from Chiplun Sattion on Chiplun --Karad Road
( after Kherdi )/It is a developed Wadi abutting Perennial River and water from the
same is used. He desires to construct one fero cement tank above ground and one
coconut coir cement tank bellow ground each having capacity of about 10,000 liters.
3. On 4th August I myself,my wife and Shri Prashant Aslekar went to Talasary ISKCON
site. Two Ponds were full with water total capacity of about 25 million liters. All
other small Seven Tanks were full with water. capacity of tow tank is 5,000 liter each
and capacity of other Tank is 10,000 liters each. Prashant Asalekar took the interview
of Shri Damodar Prabhu in the afternoon. At about 3.45pm we left site to catch Bus,
but bus did not stoped at Paras Pada. hence we came by alternative arrangement
made by Shri Prabhuji.
4. On 9th August I went Anilbhau's House at Kashele from their we went to Jambhul
Wadi At-- Ware-Taluka Karjat-Dist. Raigad where A.D.C. have completed water
scheme. We have decided to construct Gabian Bandhara and construct Fero cement
Tank at Wadi,Gabian Bandhara will increase availability of water to well from which
they are lifting water
5. After words we went to Haryachi Wadi--At Ware-Taluka Karjat Dist Raigad, where
A. D. S HAD ORGANISED Jangali Bhaji preparation competition. 22 Women
participated in competition Preparation of vegetable was very nice except few.Prizes
were distributed by A.D.C.
6. On 15th August I my self,Mrs. Uttara and Er. Satish Patankar went to ISKCON
Talasary in connection with construction of Bandhara for Pond. As per guidance of
Er. Satish Patankar further development will take place.
7. on 17th August At Marathi Vidyan Parishad---Chunabhatti Information giving
programme was arranged and Speaker were Shri S.N.PATANKAR AND Shri
U.M.PARANJPE--TRUSTEE JALVARDHINI PRATISHTHAN 14 person were
present
8. On 18th August Article about ISKCON Talasary written by Shri Prashant Asalekar
appeared on page 4, Lpkamat daily Marathi News Paper. In this article he had
mentioned about role of Jalvardhini Pratishthan in their Agricultural development at
Talasary
9. In August 2013 Issue of UDYOG VISHAWA ( Monthaly Magazine in Marathi )
Article appeared on page 27--29 . title is Udyoga Jagatil Pavasachya Panyache

10. on26th,27th and 28th I my self,Vijay and Janardan were at Shigaon site in connection
with construction of Rain Water Resource Center work was started.
11. On 31 again I went to Ratnagiri to give Information about Rain Water Managment
and how to store water with simple method at low cost. Programme was organized by
Tanishka GROUP--RATNAGIRI ABOUT PORTABLE BIO-GAS SAYANTRA--
DEVELOPED BY SHRI DEEPAK KANHERE OF SHASHWAT URJA PVT LTD.
September 2013

1. On 4th September At Vangani Resouce Center workshop was arranged by Jalvardhini

Pratishthan for the benefit of11Trainy Engineers from ACC Ltd---Thane I gave them
information about how one can use Rain Water as a source of water many daily
activities I showed then different types of storage Tanks Afterwords they prepared
framework for fero-cement Tank,they also prepared cement sand Mortar ( 1:3 ) and
then applied it to wield mesh and chicken Mesh. In short they learned about how to
develop ferocement Tank They were also shown Natural Fibers such as Coconut
coir,Banana Fiber,Flax Fiber and how to use them in construction of under ground
water retaining structures.

2. Article appeared in Saptahik Vivek Dt.8th September 2013 Page 31-33,Title is

ISKCONCHA KRUSHI CONSCIOUSNESSES WRITTEN BY SHRI. PRASHANT
ASALEKAR. In this article there is a para about Jalvardhini Pratishthan and its
contribution in Rain Water Management at site.

3. Vijay Khare was at Ratnagiri from ------ 20 th Sept. to 23rd Sept. I went to Ratnagiri
on 21st and came back on 23rd Morning Excavation of one Tank a was completed
Reaming work of Four Tank was completed on 30th Sept.2013

4. Partcipated in Programme /Exibition---Dene Samajache Organised by Veena

Gokhale--From Pune at Manohar Mangal Karyalaya Erandawane---Pune from 27th to
29th September 2013 Total 27 NGO Participated in this Exebition and many visited
the place to collct information / activities of different NGO. WE COULD INTERACT
WITH DIFFERENT NGO PRESENT AT THAT PLACE and also with people
visited our satll. Er Satish Patankar and Er Hirushikesh Davalbhakta Helped by
reaming present and explained many visitor about activities of Jalvardhini
Pratishthan

5. We participated in Tech For Seva Conference organised by Vijnan Bharati and

others at MKSSS--Pune on 28th and 29th Sept 2013 we presented paper Golap
River Rejuvenation. This activity was organised jointly by Shree Charitable Trust and
Goate Joalekar College--Ratnagiri. Paper presentation was on 28th Sept 2013
