To whom it may concern,

I am writing to apply for the Store Manager position. I have been a partner for a couple of
years now. As a barista, I make sure to follow the barista approach. I have been committed to
customers since the beginning and focused on the quality of beverages that I am able to craft. I
have been supportive of my team since the beginning, while I do everything to create an
environment of warmth and belonging. I seek opportunities to appreciate and recognize my team.
I love to accept new challenges that come my way.

I have the ability to demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume, or
unusual events that take place. I am skilled in training other baristas and creating a line of
communication between my fellow partners. Sending customers off with a high-quality beverage
is what makes me love working for Starbucks. At Starbucks, I pour my heart into everything I
do.

I would love the opportunity to spread coffee knowledge to customers all over the world,
and to love on the Starbucks community more. I am very passionate and will do everything I can
to help achieve sales goals.
