Hello, my name is Noah Adams. I am in my final year here at Northwest High School.

I
have ​five brothers​; Nick, John, Josh, Jesse, and Darren. My parents have been divorced since
I was a little kid. Currently, I work at Gordon’s Food Service on Boardman Rd.
School has always been very important to me. I have always looked at it as my
determination of being successful​ later in life and that has had a big impact on me. My
favorite classes are Math and Science. My passion that I have for these classes concluded me
to pursue an engineering degree. Strengths that I have learned over my time here at Northwest
include; turning assignments in on time, ​giving 110% all the time,​ desire to learn, and to teach
others around me if they are struggling. When I get a bad grade on a test I stress out really bad
and think that it determines my success. This is a struggle of mine that I have, but it usually
turns around and motivates me to study harder and get better grades.
I have been very involved into Northwest High School over the last four years. I have
been on the Honor Roll list for the past four years ​maintaining a 3.9 GPA.​ I was involved in
Track​ for three years and also ran ​Cross Country​ for one year. I participated in ​Link Crew​ for
one year overwatching a group of freshman over the course of a year. I am enrolled in three AP
classes this year and one class last year. I take a class at Jackson College for Chemistry. I was
involved in Drama Club in my freshman year as well.
After I graduate high school, I plan on going to University of Michigan-Flint to pursue a
degree in ​Aerospace Engineering​. I plan to go to University of Michigan-Flint for one year and
then University of Michigan-Ann Arbor for 3 years under a ​tuition paid ​scholarship. I have
always had a passion on understanding how different things work and I love doing work with
Physics, Chemistry, and Calculus. I hope for one day to work in a big corporation like NASA, or
SpaceX.
This portfolio will help in my future because I can build my resume off of the website. I
think that having a well written resume that looks professional and clean is essential to getting a
new job. This website will also help me with my computer skills and building a website which I
have never done before.
